How many boxes should I plan to use for my move ?

Moving specialists suggest that you require between 12 and 15 boxes per room. The quantity  may vary depending on the amount of your personal belongings. This estimate is to give you an idea where to start.

Are your used boxes clean and in good condition ?

Yes, all of our used boxes come from large companies that we visit regularly in order for us to verify that the source and original contents meet our standards. When the boxes arrive at our warehouse they are carefully sorted and inspected. The boxes that are damaged or  in otherwise poor condition are rejected allowing us to ensure you of new box quality at a fraction of the price.

What is a used box ?

A used box is a box that has been used industrially only once. After the boxes are emptied a company will set them asside for us to buy and resell for use a second time.

Is there a minimum quantity of boxes that I must buy ?

No. For moving and counter sales, there is no minimum, just come in and chose what you would like from our showroom selections.

Do you buy or take back the boxes ?

No. It is our policy not to take back or buy back boxes used for moving as we have no control over what has been transported in them. We invite you to dispose of your boxes through your local recycling programs, information can be found via the internet at www.ville.montreal.qc.ca.

Do you have boxes with separators for packing glasses or bottles ?

No, We do not stock this type of box. As an alternative, we suggest that you protect fragile types of items using packing paper or bubble wrap

What types of payment do you accept ?

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Interac.

Do you have regional branches or offices ?

No, We opperate from only one address: 300 Rue De Liege Ouest, Montreal.

Are your boxes already made up ?

No. When you buy boxes, they are folded flat for ease of transportation.

When will I received my order?

Normal delivery times are 2 to 3 working days ( excluding week ends and holidays )
