For reasons of hygiene and quality control, Cartonnerie Montreal ™, can not take back any boxes purchased through the online store, whether they are new or used.
We do accept the return of packaging products, if they have not been used and if they are still in their original packaging. Please note that the expenses incurred for the return of the goods shall be borne by the customer.
